Iconic Shaws Bay Hotel situated in East Ballina just over the Missingham bridge next door to historic Fenwick house. Built in 1886 by Captain Thomas Fenwick, the two-storey granite Scottish Manor style Fenwick house, has a slate roof and cedar fittings including a magnificent staircase. The dining room and saloon bar have been restored to their Victorian elegance

ok on the project that is the Shaws Bay Hotel. This has seen massive renovations throughout the hotel, from the front gate down to the waters edge. Always a popular local venue and known for its friendly relaxed atmosphere, the recent refurbishment has revived the old hotel giving it a new lease on life. With the focus now on creating a family friendly dining experience, so as to make the most of its unique location, the Shawsy will now appeal to and cater for a greater range of people.
