Part-time/full-time Barista / Coffee Lead
Coffee & Kitchen East Ballina.

Coffee & Kitchen East Ballina is looking for a confident, skilled barista to join our team in a Part-time/full-time role.

We’re after someone who loves coffee, brings personality and energy to the café, and is ready to help lead the coffee side of the business.

This role would suit a barista who is confident on the machine, enjoys a busy café environment, connects well with customers, and wants to take their coffee skills — and the team — to the next level.

You’ll be joining a busy coastal café with a strong local following, great food, quality coffee and a friendly team culture.

About the role:

Part-time/Full-time barista position
Lead the coffee machine during service
Help maintain coffee quality and consistency
Bring fresh energy, personality and confidence to the floor
Support and guide other team members
Be part of building a positive, professional café culture

About you:

Experienced and confident barista
Strong understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing
Able to pour consistent latte art
Friendly, reliable and well-presented
Has personality, confidence and great customer energy
Comfortable leading by example during busy service
Passionate about coffee and always looking to improve
