Cauliflower steak with beetroot, sunflower ricotta, pesto Genovese and lemon.

Whole baked snapper with vine tomato, olives, basil and roasted lemon.

Best enjoyed with good company overlooking Lighthouse Beach, as migrating whales make their way along the coastline.
