The Brewing Process | Step 4: Kettle Boil 🍺

This is where the magic really starts to take shape.

During the kettle boil, the wort is brought to a vigorous boil to halt enzyme activity and sterilise the brew. It’s also the stage where hops are added, creating the bitterness, flavour and aroma that give each beer its unique character.

Every step plays an important role in crafting quality beer, and this is one of the biggest contributors to what ends up in your glass.
