Monday night special at Gaslight Italian is Bbq smoked pork ribs. 700grams of smoky, sticky pork ribs, a Greek salad, a garlic bread and a side of either potato fries or sweet potato fries. Only 52$! Feeds 2 people at a minimum, great value!

At Gaslight we only use Kalamata olives in all our dishes. Tinned , black, sliced olives that are inexpensive and mushy will never be allowed anywhere near our kitchen. Rest assured your/our olives are high quality and absolutely delicious!

At Gaslight we use locally grown , organic garlic in all our dishes. None of this pre peeled , bleached Chinese garbage or preminced product that unfortunately proliferate in the industry due to its low price . Not at Gaslight! This garlic is expensive! 50-60$ a kg but it’s worth it because it’s absolutely delicious and our customers appreciate it and our customers are our business and our business means the world to us! So it’s really a no brainer . We purchase the garlic and most of our fruit and veg from Joseph the Greengrocer, a wonderful local business , run by an absolute legend! As a chef I find it very satisfying and it’s a source of pride for me to use high quality ingredients in my cooking. And you just can’t beat that smell when you fry it off with some fresh thyme and juicy kalamata olives! So get yourself into Gaslight and try one of our many dishes that have this amazing garlic in them!

Gaslight is back to full menu tonight. We hope you all had a fantastic new year and celebrated in style the successes and accompanying failures of 2025. The team at Gaslight is primed nicely and We look forward to looking after you all again this year and making 2026 an absolute belter.
