Kuromitsu Sesame Basque Cheesecake 🤍

Our newest cheesecake at NOS features a rich roasted sesame basque cheesecake layered with soft chewy mochi and a silky kuromitsu miso caramel centre.

Made using imported Japanese roasted sesame, premium kuromitsu black sugar, and carefully selected Japanese ingredients, this cake was created to bring together earthy roasted flavours with a gentle savoury sweetness.

Creamy, nutty, lightly smoky, and incredibly soft in texture — finished with sesame cream, kinako, and fresh strawberries for balance.

A quiet little dessert made for those who love black sesame, mochi, and Japanese-inspired flavours.

Available now in limited quantities daily at NOS Bakehouse.

This Mother’s Day was honestly one of the busiest and most emotional days we’ve ever had at NOS 🤍

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person who chose to spend such a special day with us — whether it was with your mums, families, partners, or loved ones. Seeing the cafe filled with conversations, laughter, flowers, cakes, and people sharing meals together was something really special for us to witness.

To those we unfortunately had to turn away due to the overwhelming response — we are truly so sorry. We never expected such an incredible turnout, and while we tried our very best to accommodate everyone, our tiny kitchen and little space could only do so much. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding despite the long waits and busy atmosphere.

For many people, NOS is just a cafe.
But for us, it has always been something much more personal.

As we head into Mother’s Day weekend 🌸
Our Sakura Seasonal Menu will officially be ending this Sunday.

What started as a little seasonal idea inspired by spring slowly became one of our favourite menus we’ve ever created 🤍
From the Sakura parfaits, sakura cold foam drinks, and Sakura French toast, to the salmon ochazuke and all the little floral touches across the menu — thank you for embracing it so warmly.

Seeing so many of you sharing photos, bringing your friends and family, and coming back again for your favourite items truly means the world to us.
Every seasonal menu takes weeks of testing, late nights, and so much love behind the scenes, so seeing it enjoyed this much has honestly been very special for us 🌸

If you’ve been wanting to try the Sakura menu, this week will be your last chance before it disappears with the season.

Our Mother’s Day cake this year is soft, fragrant, and quietly beautiful — just like the moments we celebrate.

Peach oolong mascarpone cream layered with lychee and raspberry, wrapped in a light raspberry cream finish, and finished with a delicate lychee jelly skirt.

Easter weekend special, made a little different 🐣

Our take on the classic — a juicy beef scotch egg, marinated with a subtle bulgogi glaze, wrapped around a perfectly jammy centre.
Set on a crispy potato rosti shaped like a little nest, layered with creamy mash, and paired with a bright citrus salad tossed in yuzu dressing.
Finished with our Japanese-style HP sauce on the side.

layers of matcha & strawberry premium ice cream,
chantilly cream, sakura agar, berries, soft jelly
and delicate sakura chocolate flowers
