We’re looking for a pastry chef (or someone who’s seriously passionate about baking) to join our team at Elski.

If you love making things from scratch, care about the little details and like the idea of working with a small team who genuinely love what they do, this could be your kind of place.

You’ll be making gluten free cakes, pastries and desserts, helping with ice cream production and getting involved in all the other bits that keep a busy little kitchen running.

It’s 3 days a week / 22 hours to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

You don’t necessarily need to be a trained pastry chef. If you’ve got at least two years of kitchen experience, a genuine love of baking and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

Elski is part of the wider team behind Fika, Merchant & Maker and Sora, so there’s plenty of opportunity to learn, grow and get involved across the group.

We’re looking for someone to join our little group of businesses and help bring Elski, Merchant & Maker and Sora to life online.

Someone who is well-versed within social media, photography, video, storytelling, website management, and planning. Being able to juggle three brands at once.

You’ll work closely with Steph, our Brand & Marketing Manager, and the teams across each venue to create content, manage our websites, look after customer enquiries and help bring our marketing plans to life.
We’re looking for someone creative, organised and genuinely interested in good food, good design and great hospitality.

15–20 hours per week, with part-time or casual options depending on experience and what works for you. And yes, lunch, coffee and ice cream are part of the deal.
