We are thrilled to announce that our booking platform is officially live! You can now secure your table for our opening on September 3rd.

We are incredibly excited to welcome you. To ensure we deliver the absolute best experience while we search for a few more amazing people to round out our team, we will be opening at a temporarily reduced capacity. Quality is our priority, and we want to make sure we get it right for every single guest.

Because space is limited right now, bookings are essential. We’ll always do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but we highly recommend reserving ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

A New Chapter for Dungowan Brewery

Every great venue has a story, and over the last three years we've been privileged to be part of Dungowan Brewery's journey. As Central Hospitality Group continues to focus on growing our accommodation businesses, we have made the decision not to renew our lease at Dungowan Brewery.

While it's bittersweet to close this chapter, we couldn't be happier to announce that the brewery's future will be led by familiar faces. Clint Brindle and Samantha Cook have secured a new lease agreement and will take over operations and coming events with a new opening date in early September.

Many of you know Clint as the brewery's Head Chef. His dedication to great food, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable experiences has made him an integral part of Dungowan Brewery's success, and together with Samantha who has hospitality running through her veins, we know they will continue building something truly special.

We want to thank every guest, team member, supplier, and supporter who has been part of our Dungowan Brewery journey. Most importantly, we're excited to see what comes next.
