At this stage it looks like our online ordering platform will not be in service again tonight 😞
It is a State wide issue & not anything we at DVP can do. We can however take phone calls 5251 3937 & hope to have good news soon 🤞

(Friday night).

Our provider is having a system wide issue with payments & has paused all online ordering 😱
They are working on the situation but for now, back to the phone for your orders 5251 3937.

!!!Mastercard service outage!!!
We’ve just been made aware of a Mastercard service outage affecting customers paying online or over the phone for goods & services. It appears it may be working in person with your physical card (we haven’t experienced it yet as we aren’t open yet). So get those Visa cards or have some cash for tonight’s pizzas just in case! 🍕 🍕 🍕

We have certainly hit the ground running with online ordering! We are continuing to work on bigger & better ways to make things more efficient & thank you all for your enthusiasm & encouragement!
Our phone system is in the middle of a change over to a virtual reception where you are placed in a queue & will be answered by the next available line so hopefully you don’t think we are ignoring our calls (we could never do that to you!)

Alternatively, jump online & continue ordering there!

FYI WHEN ORDERING DEALS ONLINE…

You must select the special you want & then order the pizzas/pastas from there. The app does not automatically put your order into the deals like we do over the phone 📱
