With the warmer weather rolling in, the kitchen has been making the most of all the fresh goodness.
We’ve had a Mexican-inspired salad with beans, chorizo, rice, jalapeño, guacamole & crispy fried tortillas salad.
A roasted vegetables with goat’s cheese, sundried tomatoes & rocket salad
