For Dan and Liv it began with a small dream to make available the highest quality organic coffee and nourishing foods in a unique and unlikely location. Hugely inspired by the freedom of travel and driven by a mutual passion for concious consumption, they set out to make this dream a reality. Cafe Del Sol has been largely influenced by their journeys through Latin America which fuelled the creatio

n of this vibrant colourful little caravan. You will find their cafe on wheels serving nourishing sweet treats, a range of hand crafted teas and health drinks as well as a delicious coffee at a range of festivals, markets and events around Victoria.

As the weather starts getting colder, we are transitioning our open hours for the colder months

Open Fridays 730am - 130pm
Saturday & Sundays 730am - 230pm

We will be open Christmas day!

7am till 11am for anyone who would like a morning coffee!

Please be kind and understand at 11am sharp we will be closing so staff can go and spend it with their families too 🥰

We're trying something new in the evenings by bringing you a winter warmer with some delicious pancakes

Friday and Saturday nights 5:30pm till 9pm. Starting from June 20th.

4 different flavours to pick from, including a pistachio flavour 👀

Coffee and hot drinks will be still available
