For well known local chef Mark Ongarello, it was a year of hardship and loss, as it was for many others. But with this confronting reset, came an inspiration to offer customers the simple things in life. With his newly relocated family and a

never-ending curiosity to experiment with culinary hospitality, FN'C'S was born. Simple, fresh food to excite and delight.
