EMBERS is an exclusive Asado-inspired dining experience with a shared set menu slow-cooked over open-fire pits, outdoor smokers and the all-new gyroscopic barbecue.

Expect an immersive experience with glowing lights, luxury tipos, bonfires, fire twirlers, pop-up bars and live music spread across the stunning gardens and lawns.

Meet the Smoked Old Fashioned ✨ Pouring at EMBERS on Saturday 29 August.
