We have a bit left over so we’ve got a “Garage Market” set up so anytime until 5pm tonight and between 8am and 5pm tomorrow you can come on over to SatinBrooks Homestead and pick up any goodies you might want!

Today marks my first offical day as SatinBrooks Homestead being my Full Time Job!

We have our Donnybrook Station Markets this weekend and to celebrate this milestone of full time sourdough dealing…I want to do a fun limited batch of bread just for our market!

Apple and Cinnamon
Jalepeno and Parmesan
Cranberry mozzarella
Dill and Mozerella
Caramelised onion and Parmesan

What a week it’s been already!

We have delivered bread to the local cafe, prepped their second order for the week, we have started prep for our farmers market this weekend at the Collie Farmers Market and for our usual Sunday orders.

This week will see our biggest week at over 180 loaves, 250 scrolls, 50 English muffins and about 50 cookies as well.

Don’t forget to come down and see us at collie on Saturday 8-12 or put in your Sunday pick up orders by 10PM tomorrow night!
