Celebrating The Day of the Dead has a long history in Mexican Tradition. (Oct31-Nov 2). October 31 is Halloween or All Hallows eve. November 1 is “el Dia de los innnocentes” or the day of the children and All Saints Day. November second is All Souls Day or the Day of the Dead.
Food , drinks and flowers are placed at altars and graves for the departed souls. People celebrate the lives of the lost loved ones .

Mexico's one of the biggest festivals is Dia de los Mu***os ( day of the dead).
Mexicans celebrate their love for the departed souls by taking out processions, singing, dancing, offering prayers and what else... their favourite food!!!
