Egg Noodles with Bbq Chicken 🍗

Know to the old man as Mì Xíu; which is a tradition Vietnamese dish served as is or with a soup broth. Influenced by Chinese flavours, this dish was introduced to Vietnam and dating back to as early as the late 1800s; is now a staple in Vietnam. Generally served with red bbq pork (xá xíu), but the dish you see in front of you just doesn’t miss 🤤
