Authentic New York style bagels are becoming big in Australia. Learn how to make these NY delights at Cherry Pie – Dessert Diner in .

As part of our ongoing Tastes of Americana Series we are inviting previous owner of Five and Dime Café, Zev to host a Masterclass where participants learn how to create that classic New York City icon – bagels. The hands-on workshop includes learning how to make 4 different types of bagels, 3 types of schmears and cured salmon as an accompaniment. Participants will also take home a bag full of bagels and schmears.

The event includes a complimentary Cherry Pie dessert and coffee / tea.

Price $180/participant

special Chilli Night built around his LA Freeway Chilli,
a four-time winner at the Australian Chilli Cook-off.

This sit-down meal features Chilli (meat or vegan) and
all the fixin's with a side of cornbread (spicy, Cajun or
sweet), drinks and dessert and includes stories from
the award-winning chef who brings another level of
spice to your life.

3 seatings - Friday 7-9pm (SOLD OUT), Saturday 6-8pm and Sunday

Tarius and Taylor spending Sunday evening at Waitress The Musical. It was great spotting every time our pies made a cameo.

HMT cafe sold out of most of their weekly deep dish pie orders from us. Taylor managed to snag one of the last slices of Maple Pecan Pie.

The production was incredible. Very uplifting, great acting, musical numbers and humor. An awesome night out!
