Tonight's dinner sorted — **Big Bertha** is doing a one-night pop-up in Horsham, and it's built for grab-and-go.

**Tonight only:** setup from 4pm, first dumplings ready from 4:30pm
**How it works:** order online, pick your pickup time, you'll get an SMS when they're ready — no standing in the cold

We’ve spent the day shopping, and new equipment is on its way.
After 13 dumpling pop-ups, we’ve listened, learned, and made the decision to invest in more equipment to help speed things up and keep those dumplings moving.

We’ve ordered a second generator from the Ironman team in Horsham, along with a commercial dumpling steamer, a commercial dumpling boiler, another 20 bamboo steamer trays, and new labels so we can easily keep track of which dumplings are in which steamers.

These upgrades mean we’ll be able to serve you faster, stay better organised, and keep improving at every event.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. We’re so excited for what’s coming next.
