Second best thing about reopening? This beautiful human and her bloody amazing produce. 💚

Anna from farm came bearing the goods and, naturally, I changed the menu 😂 Fresh rhubarb for one of our desserts, rocket flowers for garnish, dill in all sorts of things, dehydrated kale for the beetroot dish and those gorgeous beets with horseradish cream. All the food love . 🌿💚

🦎We’re hosting Project Platypus at the Dimboola Golf Club next Saturday for their Reading the Landscape After Fire: Little Desert workshop.🦘🦎

A really interesting morning looking at fire recovery, our local landscape and the incredible species within it, followed by a visit to Horseshoe Bend Reserve.

Morning tea and lunch are included, and there are limited spaces available.
