With over 25 years serving food to the Canberra community we'd like to make a bittersweet announcement that we served our last meals to our beloved customers last week 🥹

Choong & Srann will get to finally enjoy their retirement and enjoy time with their grandchildren.

Vannary & Tony look to pursue a change after a long career in the family business and spending more time with their sons Richie and Felix.

Steve is now happily married to Monica, keeping busy with their mischief one year old daughter Selina and graduated from cooking satay sticks to running an IT company.

We thank everyone for the love and support from our customers and staff members throughout the years, we'll dearly miss you all and hope to see you around Canberra.

We wish you a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year!

We'll be closed for our annual New Year break from Tuesday Feb 1st and will resume regular trading hours Tuesday Feb 8th, we hope you've all had a well rested holiday and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Who loves Char kway teow!?

For those unfamiliar this beautiful noodle dish is considered a national favourite in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia.

Our variation of the dish uses fresh bean sprouts shredded chicken, fish cake, prawns and eggs cooked with a lightly sweet, charred taste brought by cooking on just the right the right temperature.

A vegetable variation with tofu can also be requested.
