Introducing our least popular pizza! The Bianco Special. A little bit different with no sauce, rosemary, pistachios and red onion, topped with fresh mozzarella, a sprinkle of salt and some Parmigiano Reggiano.

This is a delicate (like Jason) pizza but well worth trying. Staff member Taylah likes to add Scottsdale Pork Fennel Sausage and a couple of customers over the years have added some freshly squeezed lemon.
