We have had some fantastic reviews recently and we love this one from Campbell Mattinson on The Wine Front for our single site 2025 Block 8 Chardonnay:

“Amazing wine. Bit of a whoa moment when I first took a sip. Great intensity, lovely and fluid, zippy, elegant through the back half, striking up front, it kicks goals all along. Zesty in the true sense of the world, in that there’s lemon zest and citrus juice mixed in with flavours of grapefruit, mineral, steel, grilled peach and cedar. It feels super dry through the finish too, in the best of ways. Compelling wine. Love this. Could easily be convinced to score this higher.” 95 Points

A very special Father’s Day shout out ❤️

This year is a big one for our Restaurant Manager Jamie as he celebrates his very first Father’s Day with little Cooper. 🥰

Cooper is already a familiar face around Pepper & Salt, thanks to Mum Bek, our wonderful Pastry Chef, so we think he’s well on his way to becoming part of the team too!

We’re pretty lucky to have this little family as part of ours. ❤️

Our Patta Chaat Mille Feuille is making an appearance on the new spring menu, with plenty of fresh, bright flavours in every bite.

And we’re back! 🎉🍽️

Season 17 is about to begin at Pepper & Salt and we’re feeling refreshed, inspired and very ready to get cooking again.

The doors officially open Thursday, 3 September and we can’t wait to welcome familiar faces and plenty of new ones around the table. 🌿✨

We’re also excited to launch our new Spring menu, with plenty of delicious things coming out of the kitchen. 🍽️ 🌸
