Even though we are away on holidays, our hearts are with the vibrant community. As we celebrate the arrival of the month of Thai, we send you all wishes for a year filled with the same sweetness and abundance as a pot of freshly boiled Pongal!

It is beautiful to see how this one festival unites us all. While we celebrate our Thai Pongal roots, we also wish our community members from all over India who are celebrating today:

🌴 Kerala: Makaravilakku (witnessing the divine Makara Jyothi at Sabarimala) and Pongal celebrations in the border districts.

We were supposed to resume our food truck from 10th Jan (Saturday), but due to extreme hot weather with forecast to hit 40, we have decided to pause the operations.

We'll also be away until 12th Feb due to family commitments, so we'll see you back on 14th Feb!
