Hello cake friends 🎂🍰🌼 its been quite some time since I've made a special cake in between quite a busy time of my life with many goals in progress.. but this past weekend I had the honour of making a special one for our friends engagement party! What better excuse to make a cake then to celebrate love 🧡✨️ my partners sister and I banded together to create this fun 3 tiered gluten free vanilla cake and smothered it in a truely delicious (lactose free) cream cheese icing. It was so fun to play with adding some colour to the icing and creating a marbled effect.
Not my usual style of cake, which I usually make dairy free, but sometimes you've got to suit the crowd 😉
It went down a treat!!

Thank you for your trust and for supporting my growing little biz! 🙏🏼 there’s so many behind the scene steps that are involved in creating a business and a special product to share with people and so every purchase fills me with such gratitude that what I’m creating is being appreciated and enjoyed 🥰

Marina and I chatted for a while about cake flavour ideas and settled on this simplistic yet delicious Vegan Chocolate & Fruits Cake with Cashew, Coconut Crème. I love the little pops of mandarin amongst the berries and also the sprinkles of freeze-dried strawberries and raw dark chocolate 🤎🍓

All of the cakes/treats I make are gluten and dairy free and can almost always be made vegan! Even better they are always refined sugar free, using either coconut sugar, dates, maple syrup or Monkfruit sweeteners.

The simplest yet most beautifully tasting sweet snack or dessert 🤎❤️🍫

Nut butter stuffed Medjool dates coated in my handmade raw chocolate ❤️ bursting with nutrients and indulgence.

These are most definitely the easiest treat to whip up, simply slice one side of a medjool date open, remove the pit and stuff it with a teaspoon of your favourite nut butter ~ my favourites are cashew, peanut, macadamia or even tahini.

Set in the freezer to get nice and cold while you melt a small block of dark chocolate over a double boiler, then use a fork to coat your cold dates in the melted chocolate one by one.

When finished, sprinkle over some cracked Himalayan pink salt and your favourite toppings like h**p seeds, cacao nibs, dried rose petals or crush nuts 😘 set for another 30 mins and enjoy with your loved ones 🌹

Mini Cakes can be made with any of your favourite cakes in my selection, these ones were vegan chocolate cakes with cookies & cream icing 🤤
As always they will be gluten and dairy free and packed with healthy wholefood ingredients 🌻

I made these about a month ago for the first time, but have been a little too busy to be present on the socials lately! Hope to get back into the swing of things in the next few weeks, so stay tuned for more mouth watering content hehe 😘💛🌸

I’m so grateful for all these beautiful reviews and the feedback I have received from my raw vegan chocolate customers! You guys are the best!! 💃🏼💛🤸🏽‍♀️🌈✨💐There’s also been some great constructive feedback in there too such as “the peppermint is a bit too pepperminty” and that the dark and pure could go well with some added sea salt flakes (love that so much!) But otherwise I’m overwhelmed with happiness that my little dream is being well received and that the love I pour into each bar is felt 🥰🥲

Bringing this budding business back to life after a couple of unsettling (yet hugely growth promoting) years has been so special and I’m feeling very supported. Much love to you all ❤️❤️❤️
