Salmon,avocardo,red onion and rocket'.
Beetroot watercress,soft goats cheese and lightly toasted pepitas
Avacardo, feta, lemon and mint.
Haloumi ,hummus,parsley and tomato
Rare roast beef ,tomato, seeded mustard and rocket
Prosciutto,bocconinni,tomato and basil.

Served on multigrain ciabatta rolls.

Kranskys who dosnt love them .Reminds me of the Kransky rolls down in Snowy Perisher in the 1980s.Pair them with Halumi...

Any ideas any favorites out there .
here whats on the short list..
Avacardo prawns,Prawns and Scallops with Bacon,Spinach and Halumi Gozleme ,Open Taco Beef ,Shredded Chicken or Pulled Pork on garlic pizza crust,Halumi and Bacon Twists.Chorizo and Bacon open roll,the old Fish and Chips, Open Steak sandwich,Smashed Potatoes
Any suggestions will be taken on board .
