How much self control was there to begin with ? The question had to be asked … 🤣

Look, during Bastille Festival set up earlier today, we had to test out the ovens on site to make sure the equipment was running perfectly. And naturally, as dedicated bakers, we couldn’t just look at our Madeleines. We had to make sure they tasted as good as they looked. Purely professional research, obviously. 🤷‍♂️🧁 PLUS A Madeleine had kindly volunteered for the quality control testing... 😅🤫👇 Golden, warm, and fresh out of the tray—safe to say the ovens passed the test with flying colors. A few Madeleines might have been harmed during the filming of this video 😝.

Bastille Festival is taking over Sydney ! Next Thursday to Sunday … come hungry, we will be there 🇫🇷😎

is next Thursday - Sunday and is totally free to attend!

In celebration of Bastille Day on Tuesday (France's national holiday), Circular Quay will transform into a French village with a program of live music, cabaret and can-can shows! There's also be a stacked line-up of food and wine vendors. Head to their website for the full program, but our favourite is always the French fusion dishes (think camembert arancini, French jam-dipped churros, and French paella!)
