To everyone who ordered one of our honey dishes today 24/07/2026, we sincerely apologise.
Unfortunately, due to human error, sugar was accidentally swapped with salt while preparing our honey sauce. As a result, some honey dishes served between 11:30am and 7:00pm today did not meet the standard that we expect from ourselves.
As the owner, I take full responsibility for this. I should have had better management and quality checks in place, and I'm truly sorry that we let some of our customers down.
We've reviewed today's orders and identified everyone who ordered a honey dish during the affected period. To make things right, we'd like to offer you a complimentary Honey Chicken.
Simply visit us and mention the name and contact details used on your original order, and we'll have your replacement ready.
We understand that trust is earned, and we'll be implementing stricter quality control procedures across our team to ensure this doesn't happen again.
