Have you missed us? Because we've certainly missed you!
After so many locals reached out to us asking if we'd ever reopen, we finally realised we had to. The Sushi Project has always been about our incredible local community the people who supported us from day one, and those who have since joined our little town. This business is for you.
We're excited to let you know that we're in the process of reopening The Sushi Project Daylesford. It'll be the same Sushi Project you know and love, but with a few exciting changes and a slightly broader menu. Our plan is to open five days a week, serving both lunch and dinner.
At the moment we're busy testing and refining our menu, including our rich tonkotsu pork ramen broth, which we're incredibly excited to share with you.
Our opening date will depend on the completion of our new little kitchen, but we're working hard behind the scenes and can't wait to welcome you back through our doors.
Thank you so much for your patience and continued support. Keep an eye on this page—we'll be sharing our progress and announcing our opening date as soon as we can.
Finally, we just want to say thank you. It was your kind words, the cards, the flowers, and the constant encouragement that convinced us we had to give this another go. We truly felt the love from our community, and we'll do everything we can to create something you're proud to call your local.
