WE’RE HIRING 👨‍🍳

Maze Café & Larder is looking for a Chef or experienced Cook to join our team in Daylesford.

We have 2–5 shifts available per week, with the opportunity to split these between one or two candidates. Regular weekend availability is required.

Located inside The Mill Markets Daylesford, one of the region’s busiest tourist destinations, you’ll be joining a friendly, established team serving a great mix of locals and visitors.

✨ And the best part? Dream hospo hours!
No early starts. No late nights. No dinner service.

We’re open 10am–4pm weekdays and until 5pm on weekends, with shifts generally falling between 9am–5pm.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable and friendly
• Confident working in a busy kitchen
• Experienced in hospitality
• A genuine team player
