The kids are required to do 3 hours of work in the business per week. We started this to give them an opportunity to earn, spend and save their own money, but also teach them every day skills and work ethic. Honestly, it takes a LOT of energy When you start training young kids, but I love seeing how slowly slowly it is becoming less us teaching them life lessons and more them actually helping us out. ❤️
