Our roast pork has been getting lots of great feedback from customers for its incredible crunch — we make it extra crispy on the outside while keeping the meat juicy and flavourful inside.

And it’s not just the pork that makes our bánh mì special:

- Homemade pâté — made in-house
- Homemade egg mayo — made fresh by us
- Our signature bánh mì sauce — our own recipe, and definitely not something you’ll find everywhere!

Our pho is inspired by Vietnam's most iconic dish, combining silky rice noodles with premium beef that is carefully marinated and quickly stir-fried over high heat before being served. This technique locks in the beef's natural juices, enhances its flavour, and creates the unique taste that sets our pho apart.
