There’s something special about cooking with something that could outlive the person using it.

Cast iron can last for generations, and with every use its seasoned surface continues to develop. It holds heat incredibly well, creating the kind of deep sear and caramelisation that builds flavour before a dish ever reaches the table.

Old-school, heavy and almost indestructible — sometimes the best tools in the kitchen are the ones that haven’t changed much at all.

Sherry is making a comeback because it actually belongs on the table.

Crisp Manzanilla with salty tapas and seafood.
Nutty Amontillado with mushrooms, pork and aged cheese.
Dark Pedro Ximénez with dessert, all raisins, molasses and sticky richness.

Forget the dusty bottle at the back of the cupboard. Moorish is pouring sherry the way it should be enjoyed.
