🇬🇷 A little secret about our Kalymnian Revethia… 🇬🇷

You may notice that our Kalymnian Revethia (chickpeas) have beautifully dark, golden-brown onions on top. Don’t worry they are NOT burnt! ❤️

The onions are intentionally cooked for longer, allowing them to become deeply caramelised, crispy and full of flavour. This slow cooking process is what gives our Revethia that incredible depth, sweetness and delicious traditional taste.

It’s all part of the way Kalymnian Revethia are traditionally prepared simple ingredients, patience and lots of love. 🇬🇷❤️

So please don’t mistake those dark caramelised onions for burnt onions… they’re one of the best parts! 😋

Come and taste the difference at Klimataria Greek Restaurant. 🇬🇷
Made with tradition, passion and so much love. ❤️
