Completing the second phase of the 99-year-old pub’s multi-level restoration, Public Hospitality has created a boutique refuge in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, joining The Strand Bistro and newly opened Rooftop bar, set to open in late winter, offering Sydney sophistication mixed with a hint of French glamour.

We’re firing up something new at The Strand. 🔥

From Monday 21 September, our downstairs bar, pub and outdoor dining area will be closed while we get to work on some renovations.

The good news? We’re still open upstairs — and our Rooftop Bar is now open 7 days a week. 🍸

Rooftop Bar: 10am–midnight, 7 days
Hotel: Open as usual

So while there’s a little work happening downstairs, you can still head up, grab a drink and settle in on the rooftop.
