Opened on Friday the 10th of february 2012, Claire's Kitchen is the new venture of French born Marc Kuzma AKA Claire de Lune. Marc has created a traditional French Brasserie menu with, of course, a few modern twists. Claire has decorated the venue with fabulous imported wall papers, antiques and chic furniture. Business partner Valentin has hand picked a team of charming professional french waiter

s and waitresses... Upstairs is le salon, a cosy cocktail party space you can reserve exclusively for 30 to 80 guests, le Salon is also a cabaret room, 3 to 4 times a week, showcasing la creme de la creme of Austraklin talent...
