Hands down a winning winter dish!

If you haven't tried this, imagine a 125-day grain fed Angus Beef cheek in tomato & red wine sauce that just falls apart on the fork. Accompanied by a smooth herbed potato puree and a nice fresh kick with the pickled heirloom carrots and green peppers. A definite must if you haven't!
