This one is personal. ❤️

For us at Bar Positano, Italian food has never been just about food.
It’s about sitting around a table, sharing something beautiful, and making sure everyone feels part of it.

Over time, we met more and more people who told us they missed being able to simply go out and enjoy a pizza without worrying.

That stayed with us.

So we decided to make a change.

Not just to add a gluten-free option to our menu, but to create a place where gluten-free is taken seriously — without losing everything we love about Italian food.

A lot of work, mistakes, testing and passion went into getting here.

And today, we’re incredibly proud to share this new chapter of Bar Positano with you. 🇮🇹❤️

Because no one should ever feel different at the table.
