We are looking for an experienced and motivated barista to join our team.
Key Requirements:

•Ability to handle 4–5kg of coffee per day independently
•Strong knowledge of grinder calibration
•Confident working unsupervised
•Skilled in making high-quality coffee
•Positive attitude and strong work ethic
•Previous barista experience is essential
•Early starts are a must

Casual FOH/Barista Position – approx. 20 hours per week available.

We’re a busy little café located in Brownsville, and we’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and passionate FOH Staff/Barista!

To be considered for this role, you must have/be able to:
* A warm, welcoming personality and great customer service skills.
* Communication skills.
* Experience in hospitality or a fast-paced café environment.
* Confidence on the floor, taking orders, running food & drinks, and helping keep service smooth.
* Barista skills - previous experience is preferred, but on the job training would be provided for the right candidate
* Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
* POS and cash handling experience.
