For those who appreciate quality pork with crackling we have some of the best Krispy pork belly dishes for you to try - Banh mi, vermicelli salad, pho, poke, bao bun, on rice or in rice paper rolls.

Most Vietnamese take aways don’t use pork belly, they’ve gone to the cheaper cuts like shoulder and back strap. We’ve continued to prioritise quality because belly meat is juicier and the crackling is way better - it’s a brittle crisp and crumbles in your mouth as opposed to the cheaper cuts that have a hard crisp and shatters in your mouth - it’s just a way better mouthfeel.

Both of our shops will be closed this Anzac Day (Saturday). You can still get your Krisp fix until then or on Sunday (after Anzac Day).

I friggin love Anzac Day - Dawn service to pay homage to the Diggers who gave their lives so that refugees like me have opportunities in this great country, a few beers and a bit of two up. Have a glorious Anzac Day folks!!

Dapto:
- Good Friday closed
- Easter Saturday open 11am-2pm and 4.30-7.30pm
- Easter Sunday open 11am-2pm
- Easter Monday closed

Wollongong - our Globe Lane store will be reopening tomorrow (Tuesday 6th January) for lunch service. We have a lovely space for you to dine in or you can get takeaway or delivery with Uber Eats.

Dapto - as you know we’re open fo you as always and dinner from Wednesdays to Saturdays.

Hey folks. We’ve decided to close the Dapto store today (on New Year’s Eve) so that we can have a couple of days off because sometimes we deserve it 😊
