And the street is completely accessible during dinner service - the road works cease and are packed away from 3-4pm. Thank you.

For those who appreciate quality pork with crackling we have some of the best Krispy pork belly dishes for you to try - Banh mi, vermicelli salad, pho, poke, bao bun, on rice or in rice paper rolls.

Most Vietnamese take aways don’t use pork belly, they’ve gone to the cheaper cuts like shoulder and back strap. We’ve continued to prioritise quality because belly meat is juicier and the crackling is way better - it’s a brittle crisp and crumbles in your mouth as opposed to the cheaper cuts that have a hard crisp and shatters in your mouth - it’s just a way better mouthfeel.

Don’t believe me? Come try it for yourself at either one of our shops:

- Globe Lane, Wollongong
- 70 Prince Edward Drive, Dapto

Deliveries via Ubereats and DoorDash.
