The Snowy Vineyard & Microbrewery was established in the early 1980s, and was formerly known as Snowy River Winery. Since that time it has become something of a word-of-mouth tourism icon for visitors to the Snowy Mountains region of New South Wales. The vineyard is the coldest climate vineyard in Australia.
