Some exciting news!!

Hey BIG SKY Coffee cart followers.
We need some help.

As you may be aware we are using our coffee cart to train two First Nations young adults in a cert 3 in hospitality.

We are all signed up ready to go with our RTO but there is one hitch. We need a supervisor. We put forward a friend from Brisbane who is a chef but because his qualification is in commercial cooking and not hospitality it isn’t allowed.

We are able to deliver all the training and have the skills to do it, it’s just a name on our paperwork. We have a commercial kitchen at Bethel that our community already uses for camps but no one has a qualification to allow the girls training to do officially start.

We have asked what the supervisor has to do and the RTO said nothing just a paperwork thing. If you know someone in Dalby who would be willing to help us can you please let me know.
