🇫🇷 FRENCH LONG TABLE NIGHT 🇫🇷

Wednesday 30 September | $59pp

We’re bringing our next Locals Long Table forward a week!

Rather than holding it on the first Wednesday of October, just after the long weekend, we’ll be gathering around the long tables next Wednesday, 30 September.

And this time, we’re heading to France. 🇫🇷

Our French-Canadian Chef Frank, together with our Head Chef Anuj, will be putting together a beautiful French feast for the night.

We’ll also be taking the opportunity to introduce you to two of the newest faces at Zest — Lilou and Theo, who have recently joined us from France. 🇫🇷

On the table…

🥖 Steak Tartare, Blue Cheese & Baguette
🍷 Coq au Vin
🐟 Parmentier de Poisson – French-style fish pie with barramundi
🍅 Ratatouille
🍫 French Chocolate Mousse

Everything will come to the long tables generously and is designed for sharing.

🍕 **PIZZA CHEF / PIZZA COOK WANTED**

📍 **Zest at the Beach | Currarong, NSW**

We’re looking for an experienced **Pizza Chef / Pizza Cook** to join our team at Zest at the Beach.

With summer coming, our Sunset Sessions are getting busier and we’re looking for someone who can take charge of the pizza section and keep the pizzas flying out when things get busy.

We’re looking for someone who:

🍕 Has experience making and cooking pizzas
🔥 Is confident working with a commercial pizza oven
💪 Can handle a busy service
🧹 Works cleanly and stays organised
🤝 Is reliable and works well as part of a team
☀️ Is available evenings and weekends, particularly over summer

This could suit an experienced Pizza Chef, a cook with strong pizza experience, or someone who has worked in a busy pizzeria and really knows their way around an oven.

We’re a busy beachside venue in **Currarong on the NSW South Coast**, with our busiest period ahead of us.

👨‍🍳 APPRENTICE CHEF WANTED — ZEST AT THE BEACH

We’re looking for a new Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen team at Zest at the Beach in Currarong.

This could be a great opportunity for someone who is just finishing school, loves food and is ready to start a career in hospitality.

No kitchen experience? That’s absolutely fine.

We’re happy to take on a brand-new 1st Year Apprentice and teach you from the beginning.

Already started your apprenticeship? We’d also love to hear from 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentices looking for a new kitchen and a fresh start.

You’ll be working alongside our experienced chefs and cooks, and learning across breakfast, lunch, takeaway, pizzas, dinners, functions and our special dinner events — plenty of variety and plenty of opportunity to learn.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Keen to learn and willing to have a go
• Reliable and hardworking
• Happy working as part of a team
• Genuinely interested in becoming a chef

This is a full-time apprenticeship with on-the-job training and formal study.
