The Café has been a well kept secret for many years and is frequented by enthusuiasts of all kinds. Classic car clubs, motor bike groups, serious cyclists and athletes are amoung the few. The owner, Babette Wilkinson, prides herself on the best selection of fresh locally sourced produce used in her menu. Most of this produce is organically grown and is also available to the public. The interior ha

s had a contemporary facelift with the addition of vibrant colours and uplifting designs. The first thing you notice, as you walk in the door is the aroma of freshly brewed Amanti coffee, drifting throughout the café.

WELCOME!

We feel very lucky to be taking over this institution from Babette. She has left quite a legacy!

We are local residents in the Woodside, Lenswood area and we really look forward to expanding our own community.

Please feel free to reach out to us and introduce yourself.

Thank you and Farewell

TLDR: My last day is 16 June 2024. Its been a wonderful journey.

I have been blessed to have been a part of so many peoples lives. I have seen children grow up. Students become adults having worked with us. Families coming together. Couples coming together. Couples having babies. Families moving in and moving on.

The closest thing to my heart are the beautiful elderly and those with terminal illnesses that have chosen our café as their second home to aid them on their journey.

I lost my husband 4 years before I started the café and my mother one month before I started. I have just lost my father weeks before the end of my time at the café. A very poignant ending. He was certainly a great asset. Bless you all.

We have gone through the Sampson Flat fires, Cudlee Creek fires, Floods and Covid to name a few.

The cafe is sold and I’m moving onwards and upwards.

I’ll be behind the counter until mid June. Please come and say hello and goodbye. I’m sure you will see me there for a long time. I just might actually be sitting at a table one day soon!
