Hi Folks,

After 16 wonderful years of serving our community, we would like to share some important news. The Conservatory Cafe will be closing temporarily as the Maroondah City Council undertakes a full rebuild of The Conservatory structure building.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your incredible loyalty, support, and friendship over the years. It has truly been an honour to be part of your daily lives, your celebrations, and your routines.

Our amazing staff would also like to say a heartfelt thank-you. They will miss seeing all of you each day, the chats, the smiles, and the familiar faces that have made this place feel like home.

As for me, I will be retiring at the end of this chapter. I am so grateful for every moment, every conversation, and every connection we’ve shared.

The good news is that this is not goodbye forever, The Conservatory Cafe will return bigger, better, and refreshed mid to late 2026, ready to begin an exciting new era.

Our last day of trading for the year will be Friday 19th December. Hope to see a lot of you before we close.

Thank you again for 16 unforgettable years. Your support has meant the world.
