We wish to advise that The Noisy Wok has no connection with the new business that is operating at our old restaurant at Shop 16 Civic Centre Croydon. Whilst the new business is displaying our old signage and claiming they are some miraculous reincarnation of The Noisy Wok this is not the case. We have not given them any authority what so ever to use our IP including our logos, food images or recipes.
We are in legal dispute over what we consider to be unconscionable behaviour by the Agents, Landlord and current tenants so are limited by what we can say. Suffice to say, win or loose we hope to be back, hopefully somewhere where we can stretch our legs and be in a place with a bit more vibrancy than the dreary Civic Square.
