Many a times over the years we have said that we have customers that have become some of our dearest friends. We have lost a few over the years, all special and important, this week has been hard. Ken and his wife Pam have been part of our business, part of our lives, a part of our family for years, they have been there for the good, the bad and even the ugly, always a phone call away. Saying goodbye to Ken today was difficult for so many but for Pam, our love, support and hearts are with you. Ken was a great spirit, always a positive and encouraging presence and he had a good sense of humour. His final goodbye after his service was by his choice with us at Da Ricardos, an honour and privilege.
Rest in Peace Ken, we will all take care of Pam, she will be loved til you both meet again ❤️ 🥺😥😢😭🥺🤍

We are so lucky to know people that started as customers but after so many years are considered friends. This particular lady is a true pleasure to know, she is loving and selfless, we are so lucky to consider her a friend. Happy 60th birthday Helen, we enjoyed celebrating with you and your beautiful family.
