Kitchen Hand needed urgently for a busy South Indian Restaurant Tuesday to Sunday for Dinner / Sunday to Friday for Lunch. Applicant should have prior experience working as kitchen hand in Indian Restaurant. Should be energetic and willing to be a supportive member of the team. Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Chef needed for busy South Indian Restaurant .

*Full time working experience in Indian Kitchen for one year minimum
*Relevant qualifications in hospitality/cookery
*Must have a good knowledge & experience of Tandoori Cuisine – All tikkas, kebabs & Indian Breads
*Available to work between Tuesday to Sunday (lunch & Dinner sessions)

*Ability to work independently under pressure and have attention to details
*Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
