After a long wait, we’re finally opening the doors of @! Sushi Omakase on 6th January 2026. We sincerely thank you for your patience and thank you for waiting for a long time. We’ve put a lot of time and care into getting everything ready, and we can’t wait to welcome you in. The restaurant will be walk-in style with no bookings needed, so feel free to drop by anytime, relax, and enjoy.

New concept of @! Sushi Omakase

omakase will be different to the omakase style from before.

From now, our omakase isn’t a fixed set of dishes served the same way every time. Instead, it’s a flexible style where you can choose items that catch your interest from the menu, and we’ll build the course together around those selections. This is something you can enjoy at the counter.

No reservation is required, and you’re also welcome to order à la carte at the counter.

Without being bound by strict formality, we hope you can relax and enjoy Japanese flavours at your own pace.

私たちのおまかせは、あらかじめ決められた料理だけを出すスタイルではありません。メニューから気になるものを選んでいただき、その選択に合わせて一緒にコースを作っていく、自由なおまかせです。こちらはカウンターでお楽しみいただけます。

予約は必要ありませんし、もちろんカウンターでアラカルトを楽しんでいただくこともできます。
形式にとらわれすぎず、ゆっくりとリラックスしながら、日本の味を楽しんでいただけます。

“Sumibi Yakiniku Kashiwa” will be opening soon, and our restaurant will be located above theirs.
