Happy Birthday to the Queen of the Nest! 👑🎂
The backbone of the café, the lady who makes the coffee, cooks the best food and puts in endless hours long after the doors have closed.
From prepping and cleaning to ordering stock, paying suppliers and wages, and racing into Toowoomba to pick up supplies with five minutes to spare—there’s so much she does behind the scenes.
Even on her days off, she’s still giving her time, running the canteen at her son’s football club or selling drink tickets for 12 hours at events like Saturday’s Grass Roots Bull Riding down at the Redlands.
Somehow, she still finds time to do all the mum duties and keep our household running, making sure everyone is fed and has clean clothes ready for the next day. She’s a superhero to us. ❤️
This lady is Katrina—the most beautiful, hardworking woman I know. We see everything you do, and we appreciate you more than words can say.
If you’re in the café today, make sure you wish her a happy birthday—and, if you’re brave enough, have a guess at her age! 😂
Happy Birthday, Katrina! 🎉
We all love you. ❤️
