Growing up mum and my aunties used to brag about cutting the lamb into tiny pieces by hand and not using a store bought mince, didn’t really mean much to us as kids…Safe to say, we get it now! It may be a labour of love, but it takes the dish from good to outstanding, adding different elements of texture and flavour. This has been our staff favourite for a minute now 😋 do you hand cut your lamb?
